How original paintings are packed, shipped worldwide, and our returns policy.
Each painting is wrapped in acid-free materials, corner-protected, and shipped in a sturdy, custom-fit box. Larger works may ship rolled in a tube or crated for safety.
Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days; international delivery 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.
Shipping is calculated by size, weight and destination, and confirmed before dispatch. International buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by their country.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your artwork to your door.
Because each piece is original, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. If your artwork arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and piece, and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
